Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

• Economy No Signature Required Flat Rate (Est. 5-8 business days) $10
• Expedited Delivery (Est. Delivery 1-3 Business Days): $20

Manhattan Same-Day Delivery

• Same-day delivery service in Manhattan: $20 if ordered before 10am ET. No delivery service on the weekends. 

 

All packages require a signature when delivered. If you would like us to ship without collecting a signature, please email us at hello@ivyandbugz.com.

If you refuse or not home to accept the package, the carrier will charge a fee to return to vendor. Since we shipped the package on your behalf, you will be responsible for the shipping fees if you refuse the delivery or if an attempt has been made multiple times by the carrier with no success.
