Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Q: I need this for a specific date — what should I do?
We always recommend ordering early, especially for parties, recitals, and holidays. If you’re on a tight timeline, email us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodateÂ
Products & Party Favors
Q: Are your items pre-assembled?
Most items arrive ready to gift. Some party favors may ship unassembled to ensure safe delivery, with ribbon and tags included
Q: Will all party favors look exactly the same?
Each favor is thoughtfully curated and may vary slightly by style, color, or character -Â making every set feel unique
Q: What ages are your products best for?
Our collections are designed for a range of ages, from little kids to tweens and teens. Product details will note age recommendations when applicable
Q: Do your items include candy?
Many of our gift sets and favors include candy or sweet treats. Please check individual product listings for details
Q: How are party favors delivered?
Party favors are delivered via local messenger service during the week (Monday–Friday). Weekend delivery is not available at this time. If you have a specific event date, we recommend scheduling delivery in advance

Yes! We offer custom curated party favors tailored to your theme, age group, and budget
Q: How does the custom process work?
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin. Once received, we’ll send a curated selection of favor ideas for you to review and approve
Q: How far in advance should I order custom favors?
We recommend allowing at least 2–3 weeks for custom orders
Q: Can I make changes after approving my custom order?
Once items are approved and ordered, changes are not guaranteed as we move quickly to secure inventory
Recitals, Holidays & Seasonal Orders
Q: Do you offer gifts for dance recitals and special events?
Yes! We curate ready-to-gift options perfect for recitals, birthdays, holidays, and more
Q: Do seasonal items sell out?
Yes — especially for Valentine’s Day, Easter, and recital season. We recommend ordering early to secure your favorites

Q: What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the curated and often personalized nature of our products
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing them right away
