Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping generally takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Personalized and custom orders typically require 2–3 weeks to complete before shipping.
Q: When do you ship orders?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for eligible orders.
Q: I need my order for a specific date. What should I do?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for birthdays, recitals, holidays, and other special events. If you're working with a tight timeline, please email us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Products & Party Favors
Q: Are your items pre-assembled?
Most items arrive beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Some party favors may ship partially assembled to ensure safe delivery, with ribbon, tags, and simple assembly instructions included when applicable.
Q: Will all party favors look exactly the same?
Each favor is thoughtfully curated and may vary slightly in style, color, or character depending on product availability. These small variations help make every order feel unique while maintaining the overall design and quality.
Q: What ages are your products designed for?
Our collections are thoughtfully curated for a variety of ages, from young children to tweens and teens. Age recommendations are included in individual product listings whenever applicable.
Q: Do your products include candy?
Many of our gifts and party favors include candy or sweet treats. Please refer to the individual product description for complete details.
Q: How are party favors delivered?
Party favors are shipped nationwide or may be delivered by local messenger within select areas of New York City. Messenger deliveries are available Monday through Friday. If you need your order for a specific event date, we recommend scheduling delivery in advance.
Custom Orders
Q: Do you offer custom party favors?
Yes! We specialize in creating beautifully curated custom party favors tailored to your celebration, theme, age group, and budget.
Q: How does the custom order process work?
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin your custom order. Once your deposit is received, we'll curate a personalized selection of favor ideas for your review and approval before ordering materials.
Q: How far in advance should I place a custom order?
We recommend allowing 2–3 weeks for most custom orders. Larger events or specialty items may require additional time.
Q: Can I make changes after approving my order?
Once your selections have been approved and materials have been ordered, changes cannot be guaranteed as we begin production and secure inventory immediately.
Gifts, Holidays & Seasonal Collections
Q: Do you offer gifts for dance recitals and other special occasions?
Yes! We offer thoughtfully curated gifts for dance recitals, birthdays, camp, holidays, graduations, and many other celebrations.
Q: Do seasonal collections sell out?
Yes! Many seasonal collections, including Valentine's Day, Easter, recital season, camp, and holiday gifts, are available in limited quantities. We recommend ordering early to ensure the best selection.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, personalized items are final sale.
Eligible ready-to-ship, non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ivyandbugz.com. Please include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Personalized and custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship, non-personalized items within 7Â days of delivery.
Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
