When it came time to plan my daughter’s birthday party, I knew I wanted something imaginative, playful, and full of charm. Alice in Wonderland felt like the perfect theme—colorful, curious, and just whimsical enough to spark cuteness at every turn.
From curated party favors to thoughtful décor and an interactive activity, every detail was designed to feel magical while still being stress-free to execute (my favorite kind of party).

For this Alice in Wonderland–themed birthday party, I curated party favors that felt whimsical, functional, and beautifully cohesive. Each guest received a pastel Sun Jellies tote, serving as both a charming party favor bag and a practical keepsake.
Inside each tote was a curated mix of Alice in Wonderland party favors for kids, including:
Floral tea cups, inspired by the classic Mad Hatter tea party
Flower Power sunglasses for playful, photo-ready fun
Alice in Wonderland–themed lip gloss
Temporary Alice tattoos
A sweet chocolate bar to complete the favor
Every item was intentionally chosen to complement the Alice in Wonderland birthday party theme while remaining age-appropriate and useful beyond the celebration.
As an additional special touch, guests also received an Alice in Wonderland book party favor, individually wrapped in crisp white paper and finished with a soft blue ribbon and decorative key. This storybook-inspired detail doubled as a meaningful keepsake and a charming extension of the overall party décor.
Choosing the right venue was key to bringing our Alice in Wonderland birthday party to life, and maman felt like the perfect fit from the start. With its soft blue-and-white palette, charming details, and cozy, storybook-inspired interiors, the space naturally set the backdrop for a whimsical, fantasy-like celebration.
What I loved most about hosting the party at maman—beyond the beautiful setting—was the people behind it. The owner, Elisa Marshall, and the entire maman team were an absolute dream to work with. From planning to execution, everything felt seamless. Elisa was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, and the staff went above and beyond to make the day feel effortless and special.
The venue required very little added décor—its French countryside aesthetic already echoed the magic of Wonderland. From the moment guests walked in, it felt as though we had stepped into a real-life storybook, allowing the party favors and thoughtful details to truly shine. The result was an elevated, intimate celebration that felt both magical and warm—exactly what I envisioned.
